Seller Code Of Conduct

My-cart enables to increase your reach to local customers and we make every effort to ensure a fair and reliable buyer and seller experience. We expect you. the seller, to observe to the code of conduct principles outlined below. Breach of the code of conduct principles may result in the loss of your selling rights and removal from the My-cart marketplace.

Seller Code of Conduct Principles:

  • Do not misrepresent yourself
  • Adhere to and abide by all applicable My-cart policies
  • Do not list any products that may cause harm to the customer
  • Keep account information current and relevant
  • Act in a trustworthy manner that ensures all My-cart users and safe experience
  • Never take part in any deceptive, improper, or abusive behaviour. This applies to all your activities, including but not limited to:
    • The information you have provided on your account
    • The information you have provided in listings, content or images
    • Any communication between your customers or the My-cart marketplace
  • Conduct yourself fairly at all times. Dishonest behaviour includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Behaviour that could be deemed as mistreatment of any part of the buying or selling experience
    • Actions that could be perceived as influencing customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false or deceptive content.
    • Activities that could be perceived as attempting to influence search results or sales rankings
    • Actions that intentionally hurt another seller, their listings or their ratings
